Abstract
This project involved the development of an open-source platform designed to help small and medium-sized companies manage employees and projects efficiently. The system uses a frontend and backend built with Symfony, PHP, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, supported by a MySQL database. The functionalities include the integration of the Google Calendar API to automate scheduling and task coordination. The platform was designed with a modular architecture to ensure multi-user access, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Throughout the development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—best coding practices and unit testing were applied.
